HE'S GOING TO JAB YOU WITH HIS CAR KEYS

and you will deserve it.

If you have not already done so, get yourself copy of this morning's Pittsburgh Post-Gazette -- or at least get your cyberself over to its online version -- and read Bill Toland's hilarious, note- and pitch-perfect Saturday Diary: An old-fashioned shopper meets modern-day retail. It's a lovely tonic for these holiday-ed times, and easily the best thing I've read in the PG in the past couple of months.

(I laughed! I cheered! I ran to my computer to email Bill and write this post!)

(I'm not kidding.)

It is also, I should note, just about the greatest TWM-style, Saturday morning customer-service rant that I've never written. But wish that I had.

Bravo, Bill.

And amen.
