St. Agnes Academy 2008 Hall of Fame Nomination Form We are honored once again to recognize outstanding St. Agnes Academy women who are making a difference in their community. We encourage all alumnae to nominate someone for the St. Agnes Hall of Fame. Candidates for the St. Agnes Academy Hall of Fame are women who meet the following criteria: • Commands respect within her career, civic or charitable endeavors • Devoted to the mission of St. Agnes Academy • Exemplifies the standards instilled at St. Agnes Academy • St. Agnes Academy graduate (not mandatory) The current Hall of Fame members will vote after reviewing all nominations. The recipients will be announced in January and honored at the Hall of Fame Reception on Friday, February 1, 2008. You may nominate more than one person for this special honor.
