The Burial of Habeas' Corpse...


Habeas Corpus is derived from four rights of the Magna Carta, in the year 1215:

36. Nothing in future shall be given or taken for a writ of inquisition of life or limbs, but
freely it shall be granted, and never denied.

38. No bailiff for the future shall, upon his own unsupported complaint, put anyone to his
"law", without credible witnesses brought for this purposes.

39. No freemen shall be taken or imprisoned or disseised or exiled or in any way
destroyed, nor will we go upon him nor send upon him, except by the lawful judgment
of his peers or by the law of the land.

40. To no one will we sell, to no one will we refuse or delay, right or justice.

The writ of habeas corpus has been a significant instrument for the protection of individual liberty against tyrannical state action.

In 2006, aided by the 911 false flag terror attack, a Luciferian member of the Order of Death was able to kill Habeas in the greatest constitutional republic in world history.

From the Declaration of Independence:

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
