President of the Graduate English Student Association at CSU San Bernardino, for the 1994-95 academic year.  Duties included: coordinating meetings and organizing all social events and fundraising for graduate students; arranging library tours for graduate students; acting as intermediary between faculty and students.

Office Manager for Mosaic, UCR's literary magazine, for the 1990-91 academic year.  Duties included: organizing submissions, coordinating schedules for editors, and assisted in public relations.

Member of the Poetry Selection Committee for Mosaic, for 1989-90 academic year.  Duties included: assessing and critiquing all poetry submissions.
