Condo Amenities & Things to do in Samara Plaza Samara- The main building has 5 residential units and hosts the business office of Century 21. Ms Anabelle Alavarez manages the units in addition to her real estate sales work. A minute walk to the beach Plaza Samara is in the heart of town, a convenient and fashionable location. Carla's Condo is unit #3. An upstairs unit. Spacious and elegant architecture with very high ceilings and elegant curves and archways. With 2 1/2 bedrooms, two baths, the condo comfortably sleeps up to six people. There are 5 air conditioners as well as ceiling fans for those hot tropical days. No smoking indoors, on the patio is ok. There is maid service is available for an additional charge Bedrooms - Master has it's own bathroom, plus one queen Large Guest room has two twins & an extra twin mattress Small Guest room has one twin. and shares the main bathroom and leads to the balcony which overlooks the town. High thread count linens and towels are provided but it is suggested you bring your own beach town. Each room has a spacious closet. Living Room/Dining Area has a comfortable sofa and chairs, lovely dining room table and wet bar. TV/DVD player can be used in either bedroom or living room Kitchen - Stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, flatware, dishes, coffee maker-drip style... It's fully equipped if you want to cook. Laundry room- sink, washer, dryer. Samara actitivies & Tours - Sailing, Fishing, Swimming, Snorkeling and of course surfing. Horseback riding is readily available too. Plenty of restaurants for enjoyable dining and variety. Samara is great for just hanging out, or as a base to explore Costa Rica which is sensational. You can make reservations across the street at the Internet Cafe. There are clothing and curio stores, an art gallery and street vendors. Samara is the home of the freshest tropical fruit smoothie I know. :-) Carla
