Went to the corner Starbucks this morning to get myself a mocha and see if the program guide for the 2002 Hawaii International Film Festival was out yet. For a while, it appeared their target date for webstie launch/program availability was October 19. It came and went, but things are looking up: according to their website, tomorrow's the date to find out what cinematic gems are in store for Hawaii residents/film lovers.

I've got word that this date is almost certain, since Blockbuster will be running radio commercials starting October 25 promoting the festival's program availability at all Blockbuster and Starbucks locations in Hawaii.
