Quickly Lock Your Mac's Screen
1. Launch Keychain Access
(/Applications/Utilities/Keychain
Access.app)
2. Choose "Preferences" from the "Keychain Access" Menu
3. Check the "Show Status in Menu Bar" box
4. A new lock menulet will appear in your menu bar
5. Now to lock your screen quickly, simply choose "Lock Screen" from the lock menu
6. The screen saver will engage and the screen will lock
7. To disengage the screen saver, you will need the account password
