.RAW Terrain Files. Uploadable terrain files / heightfield datamaps.

These files are ready to upload into your secondlife private island / sim.

The files are in .RAW format, contain 13 channels and are 256 x 256 pixels.

30 different terrains are included in a pack to set you on your way.

The .RAW files can be uploaded by an estate/sim owner via the Region/Estate button ( in the World drop-down menu within the SL viewer).

Click on Region/Estate. The region/estate window opens.

From there - navigate to the Upload RAW terrain.... button in the Terrain tab.



The files may be further edited in-world or offline in Photoshop.

Please note these files are for terraforming an entire privately owned sim 65536 sq.m in size.

These files cannot be used on the mainland.

Upload a .RAW file from your mac or pc into your sim and within a few minutes your sim will transformed

saving you hours of work. The terrains are suitable for full (15000 prim) sims or void/ openspaces (low prim sims).

All that is left to do after your new terrain has loaded is to add ground textures and rez your favorite buildings, trees etc.

All of my terrains have been tested in-world. Water level set at 20 metres, all the parameters may be adjusted to suit your personal requirements.
