2. Mrs. Alloa Caviness Anderson, author
of Henry Cavinis, The Imigrant Infant, and Some of His Descendants,
passed along what could be the names of Henri Cabaniss'
parents. She said that a record originating in southern Frances
records the 13 Dec 1655 christening of a Cabaniss, son of Pierre
Cabaniss and Anne SOULTIENE. Mrs. Anderson strongly emphasizes
that this could be Henri and his parents, but it is
not proved.
