I currently live in Ithaca, New York, working as a programmer writing applications for Mac OS X, specializing in Cocoa development. You can see more about the software I produce on my software page.
I graduated from Rice University in 2001 with a B.S. in computer science and a B.A. in linguistics. My fiancee, Katy, who is a Houston native, is currently earning her PhD in chemistry at Cornell University. My dad and stepmom live in Houston (along with my cat, Snarf), and work at the Shepherd School of Music at Rice. I also have two brothers, Eric and Phillip, who live in Michigan and Massachussetts, respectively, and my mom still lives in Rochester, NY, where we all grew up together.
