THE PAL THAT I LOVED STOLE THE GAL THAT I LOVED
I am planning to have three damaged rolls from my collection re-cut. As you know, recutting rolls is expensive, yet well worth the cause. They are being re-cut by Bob Billings, and the quality of these re-cutting jobs are outstanding. Since there is an order limit of five per roll, I am planning on selling the extra ones. If you are interested in purchseing a copy of one of the rolls, please contact me. If more than five people want to order a roll, I will just order more copies. I feel that these rolls (out of my collection of twelve unplayable rolls) are the ones most worthy of re-cutting. I have included very low quality recordings of the first three feet of the rolls so you can get a small gist of what the tunes are like. The following are in wav format to listen to. The quality of the recordings are very bad, but the rolls contain very good music.

THE PAL THAT I LOVED STOLE THE GAL THAT I LOVED
The next song is "The Pal that I Loved Stole The Gal That I Loved." This is a wonderful waltz with the mandolin effect someplaced in the harmony, and some places in the melody. Click below for a sound clip:
SMILE ALL THE WHILE
The next roll that I am haveing re-cut is "Smile All The Wile." This happy number has the mandolin effect in it also, and is the second player piano roll I ever heard played on a player piano. The player piano it was played on was a universal player that tore it up when it rewound. Click below for a sound clip.
After the recordings were made above, the rolls were rewound by hand in order to not cause anymore damage. The sound clips are just small snips of the chrous, the rolls being as long as a regular piano roll. I am not trying to make a profit so much as I am just trying to make up for the money I spent getting them recut. They are three wonderful rolls, and you will certainly enjoy them on you player piano, espeacially "Guilty".

Following the example of Bluestone Music Rolls, a word sheet will be included with all rolls. The labels are stamped on the roll leader, original labels will be posted on this webpage.
Rolls come boxed, with the label also stamped on the front of the box. If you wish, you may print the original labels available shortly on this web page.
