California is world renowned for its perfect weather, beautiful natural landscapes, and expensive real estate. I've only been in and around the Bay Area, Napa and Sonoma Valleys, and LA. All fulfill these stereotypes.

My favorite city is without question San Francisco, but Wine Country has its perks as well.
