A wacky smorgasbord of western stereotypes and exotic ingredients, where it is hard to see what its creators enjoy more - satirizing cliches from Cowboys to contemporary haute-cuisine - or getting away with it, and charging some Yankees exorbitant New York prices in the process. Many animals on the menu are unusual, kangaroo, antilope, buffalo, quail, rabbit, armadillo and rattlesnake (just kidding...), but the beef probably still remains the high-point.
