5 East 20th Street - French

After somewhat of an odyssey through the Flatiron district, we spontaneously end up here for a late dinner. The tasting menu is quite universally delicious, in a low key understated kind of way. This much old-fashioned quality with this little pretense is quite hard to find these days in the NY restaurant scene.
