20 E 76th St. - French Bistro

Probably the highest rated French restaurant that still fits into our new increased team dinner allowance (just barely...). The menu is varied and not necessarily particularly french bistro style. The style is quite informal for that price-class with tables outside on the side-walk, despite plenty of posh upper-east-side locals, including on that evening, Woody Allan.
