1022 3rd Ave - Caribbean/Latin American

A bustling, happy colorful place near work which is a one of my favorite places for lunch near the office. I had tried to go for dinner once as well, but the wait was somewhat excessive - not really that much a surprise given the combination of food, atmosphere and reasonable prices.
