Maureen's "Tiramisu"

Stuff (for 6--8 persons) :
Mascarpone Cheese --------------------------- 250 grams
Egg Yolk -------------------------------------------- 3 pcs.
Egg White ------------------------------------------ 3 pcs.
Sugar ------------------------------------------------- 3 tab.spn
Salt ---------------------------------------------------- a little bit
Vanille Essence ----------------------------------- a little bit
Fresh Cream --------------------------------------- 125 cc
Espresso Coffee ---------------------------------- 200 cc
Marsala or other liquer ------------------------- 30/40 cc (to taste)
Long Fingers (Biscuit) ------------------------- 1.5 pks

Method :
1) Separate eggs and place in 2 separate bowls.
2) Whisk egg yolk, sugar and vanille essence until pale ivory colour
    and creamy consistency.
3) Whisk fresh cream until thick.
4) Stir mascarpone cheese into 2).
5) Stir fresh cream to 4).
6) Whisk egg white with a dash of salt until thick.
7) Stir egg white into 5) carefully until throughly mixed.
8) Place espresso in a bowl and marsala to taste.
9) Take a serving bowl.
10) Soak long fingers in coffee, only one moment, not too long,
     and place in serving bowl, until the base is covered.
11) Place one-third of cheese mix on the top of the long fingers.
12) Place two more times as same as 10) & 11).
13) Cool for a couple hours in the refrige.
14) Sprinkle chocolate powder on it before serving.
