At Burton, OH
| Our rest day in Burton was one example after another of people giving to the Big Riders. Our friend Kevin drove from Cleveland to treat Scott and me to dinner on Thursday night. Courtney’s friend Jill, who drove some of us to bike shops, the amusement park, and other shopping, then drove back 25 miles to pick up Scott, Joe, and me, to return us to camp. Last night, a Microsoft colleague of Scotts, Steve, whom he had never met, drove over from his campsite with his friend Steve and their respective five-year-old daughters. They visited with us, and then bought us dinner in Burton. One giving person after another. We Big Riders are almost drowning in attention, caring, and support. At the bottom of this page is a list of people who contributed to me financially for the Big Ride. I apologize ahead of time if your name is missing from the list. |

Joe woke us all up early this morning shouting about the rainbow. It was almost worth not sleeping in on a rest day to see it. |
Barb helps out a biker at a rest stop. She has been great out on the road. We're really lucky to have her volunteering for the summer. |

| Scott took a bite out of this seat the ride was so scary. | We did ride this one to the top. There's another one on the other end that you go up backwards. Fortunately we didn't have hot dogs before hand. |
