I had a good Corgi trip overall. My sisters sweet Rosie started
us off well. I rode 1300 miles to greet Rocky just outside the
Black Hill of South Dakota. Then my friends brought Bugsy down to visit with
the riders in Virouqua Wisconsin. I heard tales of other Corgis from riders
and residents of various towns as we rode through. I didn't, however see another
Corgi until 2 blocks before the end of the ride in Washington D.C. when Skyler,
another young male, was waiting for me on the corner of the Mall in D.C. He
patiently skittered around while I took his picture, and my Corgi Odyssey
was at an end.

| Skyler was a young puppy who heard I was looking for Corgis. He asked his master to bring him down to the Mall and wait for me. | He was a little upset that I wasn't there earlier, but got over his impatience to pose for a couple of pictures as a light rain started to fall. |

| Bugsy came down from Wheeler, Wisconsin to visit us in Viroqua. He brought Steve and Cathy, his dad and mom with him. | Rumor has it that Bugsy was in the mob and is living in Wisconsin in the witness protection program. I hope this doesn't blow his cover. |

| I rode 1300 miles before finding my first Corgi. His name is Rocky, and he was waiting for me outside of Moorcraft on the way to Newcastle. He's quite young, less than a year. I took him back into his yard and had a chat with his owner. | Rocky looked up at me with that open face. He is the twin brother of a wonderful tri-colored Corgi I had years ago named Striker. I wanted to stay and play, but I had miles to go. I'll remember Rocky for a long time. |

| Rosie is my sister's sweet corgi. She and her husband Charlie have been taken care of for many years now, and couldn't be in better hands | Now look at that nice face. Who couldn't love her? |
