Run as a slide show, it's much better
We raced south through CT, trying to beat the snow to the Tall Pines Campground in Lewes, DE...and we made it, fourteen hours later...

Forced off the highway by the snow, we hunkered down in Old Greenwich.
Glad we had a trailer to keep warm in while we waited out the storm...
Until we ran out of propane. Luckily, my sister Jess saved us...
And we made it to Lewes, where we found our first log cabin trailer.
Everybody's got crabs in Deleware...
They call it Tall Pines Campground for a reason...
We suffered our first case of satellite envy...
Is that a Korean flag?
We knew something was up when the geese started massing...
As they headed south, we decided it was time to migrate ourselves...
The pines looked even taller up close...
When the sun rose, I realized just how close I was to the facilities..
Halted by winds at the Cheseapeake Bridge, we headed for an RV park...
The Sunset Beach RV Resort sounded great, but where was the beach?
It was more like an airport runway than a campground...
Our neighbor from New Jersey like to show off how much stuff he had..
But he lost some credibility when his RV started peeling in the wind..
Inspired by the weather, I was getting pretty fast with my hook-ups...
With the bridge finally open, we got ready to go...
An impressive entrance for an RV...
Hmm...looks like everyone left in quite a hurry...I wonder why...
We weren't sorry to see this RV park in our rearview mirror...
When crossing an 18 mile bridge in high winds, always check your hitch
