CATCH UP TIME!


Here we go...

I've been in out and about and I finally have a little breathing room to put up some of the things I've been up to. So I did the Chris Tucker Interview, but here's a bunch of things that happened before and after that.

My buds from my Apple Store days got married! Ron and Nessia worked together and now they are BFF's. How sweet is that.
Congrats Guys!



After that I flew out to New York for an interview, that I'm not willing to jinx JUST yet. Met up with my buddy from SJSU days, Carrie and we went to Nobu's. She knows one of the Chef's there and he HOOKED US UP. They dropped 5 dishes on the house that were recommendations from the chef and gave us 30% off the tab for everything else. It was NOBU'S PEOPLE!. We ate until we couldn't function.

Din din would have been over 3-hundy easily, but about 10 dishes and many drinks later, our bill was a cool $160. The waitress got a nice tip.

This was a piece of SUPER TENDER beef. When we got it Carrie said, "How am I going to cut this?" I put my chopstick through it and it literally melted. We couldn't remember name of the dish, but thats a Kobe beef spring roll on the side on top of a Miso sauce.

After New York it was off to Miami for AAJA 2007! Outside of the strip tease that was detailed earlier, you actual learn some things and get to meet some great peeps too. It's basically seminars and networking all day and play all nite.

My homey of all homies Aubrey Aquino treated me like a star. We went shopping to this trendy urban gear store in Downtown Miami, she got us press passes to the Rock the Bells concert tour, and we went out for grub too. Most definitely the hostess with the mostest!
