		Since 2004, I have been offering the Manufacturing Success course in Ottawa. Now I am pleased to offer this course live over the Internet using audio conferencing, and online training facilities. Offering the course over the Internet provides a number of advantages: The course is now available outside Ottawa, anywhere on the Internet. Students can attend from the comfort of their own homes, avoiding traffic, and meeting new people from other cities. Is Success Related to Luck? A British psychologist, Dr. Richard Wiseman, taught what he calls “Luck School” at a British IT company, Technical Asset Management (TAM ). TAM increased revenues by 20% in one month. At the end of 5 months, the company had its best month in 3 years. Revenues were restored to the levels TAM had before the tech bubble burst. Since then revenues have continued to rise.
