We never really thought Black Keld would surface so quickly. Most people had assumed it would stay underwater. In fact the cave roof climbed higher out of the water as we progressed up river. After awhile we were wading in waist deep water. There were a lot of holes in the floor, which we kept floundering into because we couldn't see the bottom. |
