Exploratorium
Today was gay dad's day at the Exploratorium. Patrick, Chuck, Nathan, Trey, Guy and Emma joined us for some scientific exploration and fun.
Man, what a difference it makes to have twice as
many parents as children. It was relaxing to walk through the exhibits and be
able to spend time enjoying the experiments. Usually, I feel like I'm managing
behavior more than anything else. It was also nice to enjoy some uninterrupted
adult conversation and to catch a few candid shots.
We had a relaxing lunch in the cafe and then let the toddlers have free reign in the toddler space after eating. Matthew conked out in the car on the way home and Omar nodded easily off to sleep after spending a few minutes unwinding with Papi at the kitchen table. What a pleasant day!
