Behavior

	I get frequent phone calls from the teacher or school about behavior
	Behavior is getting in the way of learning
	My child has been suspended more than once

**Language**
	My child finds writing slow and difficult
	My child can’t follow directions
	My child has extreme difficulty learning

**Developmental**
	My child has difficulty with basic life skills
	My child has difficulties communicating needs
	My child has outbursts when needs are not met

**Math**
	My child can't remember basic math facts
	My child can't keep track of numbers in columns
