Is this a warning against flour and sugar?

I saw this ad designed to sell processed food bars. A woman was wearing a muffin. I'm still wondering if the ad is an argument against the food product it sells. The product it sells contains the same ingredients as the food bar. In our post modern society, we don't have too many food choices given hectic schedules and barely enough time to visit the gym even once a week. I'm also wondering why we can't get a man wearing a beer can around his stomach too.
