This card shows the user that the evidence provided by the parent, through personal observations, is valid and important. The parent's homework assignment of data collection through recording freequency and duration brings parent observation to a new level, providing even more validity and reliability to the parent input. The user writes the card number in the space provided upon the fill-in form. |
