Welcome.

As promised, the sequel has arrived. Much work and thought has been poured into making this experience for you. From about 900 photos or 1.17gb, I've taken and whittled down the digital stockpile to a mere 298 pictures of roughly 64mb. A small feat it certainly wasn't. This time, there is even more to love.

This year, la belle du ciel, Air France, transported us in contemporary chic French comfort. Air France is never terrible for economy class travelers. Arriving in Delhi late in the night, the efficiency and cleanliness of Delhi's International Airport was a welcome change from Mumbai's Airpit. The three travelers made their way into the Indian night where Ajay's mother eagerly waited.

Almost a homecoming, I felt relieved and instantly at ease, back in a familiar setting. Anticipating hot, savory food, I was excited to show Jonathan, my friend and roommate, the India that I have come to know thanks to Ajay. Adventures waited in the days ahead as we would make our way from Delhi to Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, and then, unexpectedly, to Hyderabad. Now on his second adventure with me outside the western powerhouses, Jonathan, I hope, experienced a view of India that few are privileged to see.
