Intensity kills Fat! Workouts should be fun...or at least never boring.
 
Boot Camp is an all inclusive class. All fitness levels welcome. Each individual will be pushed to their level. All classes are open. There is no set group or order of class. Just show up, bring a towel, water and be prepared to sweat....a lot.










Boot Camp meets at the Highwood Rec Center and Bounce Studio, Highland Park. Classes are small and are always geared for the specifics of the people attending. Bounce is not a big corporate club. First names only!

Private Boot Camps are available for adults and children. Boot Camps make great birthday parties!

Highwood Boot Camps consist of running drills(shuttle runs, laps, ect.), strength movements (push-ups, dips, squats, etc.), and agility drills (basketball, cones, ball pass, etc.) and anything else tough of which I can think. Friday's class consists of basketball and running drills.

Bounce Studio Boot Camp deals with more legs, butts and abs with kickboxing, mat work and running.
