Our Trip To San Francisco
Denise and I spent President's Day Weekend in San Francisco, on Nob Hill, visiting Chinatown, North Beach, Cow Hollow and the Marina

Denise poses in front of our stylish digs... the Hotel Grant
We spared no expense... it's right around the corner from the Sir Francis D...
Luxury appointments and broadband internet... for one at a time.
The first evening, we walked up to Tommaso's
We chose the pizza Napolitano, spaghetti/ravioli in a Marinara with meatball.
I forgot my camera, so we have to settle for these stock photos.
Denise didn't go for the Budweiser gelato or the avocado, so we got coffee.
Coffee, tea and pastry at this hip cafe at Union Square
The dive-bombing blackbirds from Nevada City were stalking Denise
I told her to relax and enjoy the combo espresso bar / aviary.
Denise finally warmed up to her new friend and even shared her pastry.
We went to Chinatown, where we saw many firsts... California's first cathedral
On the Lord's Day, we worshipped at the First Chinese Baptist Church on Wav...
Checked out the latest Sino-fashions
Had lunch at Sam Wo's where you enter through the kitchen and head upstairs.
The decor? Raw! The food comes up on a dumbwaiter.
We enjoyed some wonderful tea and chow fun.
Later, we visited cousin Brian in his stylish pad in the Marina district.
He's got a pretty decent view, nes pas?
It was a wonderful weekend, but we had to head back to the mainland.
Our trip was capped off by a luncheon engagement with Camille.
