Arkansas school administrators continue their assault on ground breaking music and arts education legislation. But, it looks like the music folks will have the final say. The Senate Education Committee unanimously passed an amendment to restore most of the key elements of Governor Huckabee's arts education plan. The bill now moves to the House for final vote.
