This one has a couple of coats-of-arms and a link to family history pertaining to the McDaniel family. It is easier to navigate than the next site but does not allow you to create pedigree trees or download the file (GEDCOM).

The second is at: http://www.mytrees.com.
It enables you to create an individual's pedigree (ancestry tree) and to download the GEDCOM (standardized genealogical file) of the family to use on your own computer (assuming you have a compatible genealogical program).

MyTrees is a controlled-access site so at its home page follow this procedure:

On the left side under "Login Short Cuts" click on "Family Access". Another page will come up displaying two text entry boxes. The account # is 314296, and the password is: mcdtyrone. Click on "Log In". On the next page I suggest you begin by clicking on "List All Individuals" on the left side. You might wish to select some close family member to begin your exploration of this site.
