Objective: Assist organizations and individuals create a continuing, dynamic STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT work approach. Identifying and preparing for internal and external challenges ahead (in a changing world) is a core objective. My free, comprehensive web site is a launching pad and blueprint.

I'm not looking to climb an organization ladder. I've done that many years ago. I'm more of a comprehensive solution provider at the highest level.

HIGH PAYOFF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

Extensive operational and strategic background for high payoff strategic development.

Operational background encompasses a wide variety of industries and settings including corporate restructuring in a Fortune 200.

Over 20 years of strategic development foundation work. I'm conversant with most of Peter Drucker's work and strategic impact from the 1960s through his most recent work. Plus other major authors. I have an implementation approach.

In a developing world we are faced with the challenge of unfamiliar terrain—social, economic, knowledge, technologies etc. We can only work with what's on our radar and this will unavoidably reflect yesterday while tomorrows will be different.

For a few hours of discussion (segmented into digestible bites) and a very modest financial investment I can assist in identifying comprehensive future related work investments. These work investments create the future—in more ways than may be immediately obvious. You'll be getting the benefit of over 20 years of investigation and system development.

This collaboration can be done over the phone and the Internet
