I named this synthesis Time-life Navigation ©. The site provides a comprehensive framework and tool kit for designing and navigating our futures in these five dimensions moving in time—major opportunities. Quick visual site and concept overviews (reading not necessary—just page scrolls at this point).
Over 20 years of full-time work have gone into developing what has become a unique, comprehensive, free web site. When I began work on the concern that underlies this site, personal computers, general access to the Internet and many of the site's conceptual resources were still unimagined futures. Over time the nature of the underlying concern naturally changed

The major focus of this site is navigating the unfamiliar roads ahead—not the familiar road behind. The unfamiliar road ahead is the conceptual space between today and the outer limit of concern on the changing social and economic picture time line (concept map image on left). These unfamiliar roads ahead are embedded in complex external systems that are dynamic (private, public, and social sectors; a society of organizations; a multitiered transnational economy and ecology; complex political structures; the NEW educated person--link). The opportunities of a life-time reside on the roads ahead, not on the road behind. The remainder of our lives occurs on the roads ahead. Currently the time-life navigation © site could be considered the ultimate resource for organizing the work associated with this navigation challenge.
This time-life navigation © site provides a comprehensive action framework plus tools for developing a systematic, life-long work approach (in each of the five dimensions above). This framework is convenient, comprehensive, flexible and multi-generational. Our work approach serves our long-term interests only when it is in harmony with the disjoints and realities evident in the changing social and economic picture and related knowledge system view. Our work approach is sensible when it helps us navigate toward tomorrows and unimagined futures—major opportunities.
The work approach leads to a work plan. Users initially explore the site and identify future time investments for creating a time-life navigation © (TLN) work plan. This exploration is divided into two strategic parts. The first part includes this page and is part of creating a crucial background and conceptual foundation for working on the five TLN dimensions moving through time. The second part begins with an exploration of the elements on the time-life navigation site map ©.
The capacity to repeatedly create a valid, time-life navigation © work plan is a While CEO of GE, Jack Welch often said: "Control your destiny or someone else will." This site offers a conscious approach toward that objective. This site repeatedly raises the question: "what do I have to do (informed in each of the five dimensions) to have the kind of life (informed) I want (informed)?" and then provides a blueprint and resource links for working on this question.
Sharing a link to the site entry page gives others the opportunity to explore the site and decide on its usefulness in their lives.
