Missed The Final Delivery Attempt



I got my door tag today indicating that I missed the final attempt. Now it will go back to Riverside for a week and then go back to the shipper. Who will have to send it back out to me. Hopefully with better results.

I'm thinking of sending the customer service people an email to try and get a solution here, but I don't know what else we can do. And going to Riverside is completely out of the question. If I'm paying for home delivery, I'm not going to Riverside.
