Just Missed It
I ordered a nice bounce flash to have for when I
head out to Milwaukee for the wedding at the end of the month. It's coming Fed
Ex and for some insane reason they need my signature. They can't drop it at the
leasing office, it has to be MY signature. Now I work every weekday and there
seems to be no way around this.
I called on Saturday when they first made a try to drop it off. I was at the nursery helping out and just missed the attempt. I called the number to explain the situation, no good ideas on how to get around the signature.
I checked the website today and I saw they made another attempt during the day. For dinner I went out and when I got back there was the door tag for another try. I missed it by 15 minuets. Grrrrr.
I'd go pick it up (since that's what you're thinking) but the location isn't at Ontario, it's in Riverside. And again, by the time I'd get there after work they'd be closed.
Stupid stupid stupid.
Most likely it's going to all the way back across the country because they can't deliver it. The company will then have to send it to me again. Hopefully it'll get here before the 29th.
