AHHHHH!
That's what I said just a minute
ago.
I was looking through some of my music bookmarks for new info on people I listen to.
And when I saw a thread on the Laura Cantrell message board about the show at McCabe's back on July 9th I clicked on it to see what someone had written. To my shock I saw my words from my blog posted there. There was a link to my blog as well, but I certainly wasn't expecting to see that since I don't post on message boards.
At least I got the credit for it.
I don't know how to feel. On one hand I posted it so the more people that read it the better right?
On the other hand I choose where I put my posts. I like the idea of introducing someone new to people. I'm not sure I like the idea of other fans reading my words. They already know how wonderful she is and might not like my take on her.
At least let me know what's going on right? So I don't stumble upon it and have to yell, "AHHHHH!"
Here's a photo that someone took at the show. I'm not in the shot, but I saw it being taken. Just imagine me off to the left by about 5 feet.
No need to point out that I'm linking to someone's blog without me telling them. This is slightly different. You need to click through to see it, and I'm telling you that it's not my shot. And so you know, I'm sending him an email so he knows what I've done. I'll take the link down if he wants.
There is also a download of one of the songs that was performed that night. If you listen carefully you can hear me clap at the end. I'm the one clapping in my clapping style. clap clap clap. Just like that.
