Descendants of Henry BRISTOL

Following are "selected" descendants of Henry Bristol who came to America in the mid 1600's from England. Included are Captain Horace Bristol and his son Clarence Rupert Bristol, both of whom were born in New York but gradually moved the family westward to Custer County, Nebraska.

In identifying the ancestry of Horace Bristol, I am indebted to the Bristol Family Association and their publication "Bristol Genealogy", first compiled by Warren Edwin Bristol in 1967. Many of the family lines identified in that publication are included here, but I have a LONG way to go with that project! Special thanks to Alan and Pat Hefflon for working with me to include Horace Bristol's line in the Bristol Family Association's 2nd addendum.
