Register early! Space is limited to 20 teams!
The Park charges the event $750.00 ($250/night) for renting the group camp which includes entrance/parking passes for all vehicles at the camp. FART event registration fees are only needed to cover the cost of renting the camp. The camp rental will simply be divided by the number of teams in attendance. For example, if only 5 teams attended, the cost per team would be $150.00. Ten teams would be $75.00. If we max out at 20 teams, it's only $37.50 per team ... for a whole loooong weekend of fun! Your hosts will front the cash to the Park, and everyone can pay up sometime after everyone arrives and we have an actual count of attending teams. We will keep everyone posted on the headcount as we approach the date, so there are no big surprises. Pretty simple, pretty cheap! So, the more teams we can cajole, bribe, or shame into coming, the cheaper it gets for everyone! Beer seems to be a good lure for this crowd. To easily facilitate the pre-registration of vehicles with the park office, we only need you to fill out the vehicle registration form. We will ask you to sign a waiver when you arrive.
