Every town I've lived in can be described by it's food. Here's to the start of PGH's food page. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get out to eat much.
 

   


Jo Jo's
according to Truss, these two cooks _never_ talk during work
they just do what is supposed to be done

the one guy actually cooks
and the other does all the prep
and it comes out like PGH: all on one plate and all over itself. perfect.
Primanti Bros, east carson st. this was halloween night.
the meat, cheese, coleslaw, and fries are all between the bread
and it's served on wax paper
it'll hold you about 6 hrs. fresh fries and slaw. oh so good.
