The Things a Class Action Are Made Of

For nearly 20 years we have been using QUICKEN and QUICKEN BILL PAY to pay our bills. In light of recent events regarding windows machines, we converted to MACs. One of the conversions included QUICKEN for MAC. When we purchased the software we checked for all the MAJOR functionality that was included with the windows version and, according to the description on the box, we were satisfied.

Oh what fools these mortals be.

Turns out that QUICKEN for MAC doesn't work with QUICKEN BILL PAY - a slight feature which allows you to enter your information in the quicken software and upload that information to the quicken bill payment center for processing. No, in the MAC version (according to both QUICKEN and QUICKEN BILL PAY) you have to manually re-enter these payments on the BILL PAY site using their webpage. Gee - what is the point of having QUICKEN for MAC then we asked? Well, came the response, you can still use it and use the QUICKEN BILL PAY feature - just export your MAC data to the WINDOWS machine and use that version of QUICKEN to post your payments.

Hey jugghead - first the versions are different. Second why should I buy two copies of the same software when you advertise the capability on your box. Three - wait - hold that thought, Ill just send a letter to the Attorney General and have him ask these questions for me.
