Blake Emrys is a twenty-something Art teacher just south of
the
Mason-Dixon line in Maryland, USA. While his training was
designed to make him a "jack of all trades (master of none)" he's since
fallen love with digital photography and uses that medium almost
exclusively in his free time.
Having a love of nature instilled in him by his parents, many of
Blake's photos are either strictly of nature or the results of nature
acting on the world of man. To get the best shots, he tends to
take his camera with him wherever he goes - even the supermarket and
hospital.
Blake does have other interests, however, and those interests are very
eclectic. He often has trouble focusing on problems
outside of
work (most likely an undiagnosed ADD) so he'll often go months
without updating this site and then BAM! - more new content than you
can
shake a stick at.
Blake is happily married to his wife, Kelli, and the two of them celebrated their 3 year wedding anniversary on July 14th, 2004.
