About Arena Control Support

Bittersweet Development offers an email support service for registered users of Arena Control.

Support questions from unregistered users will probably not be answered if the issue is not of interest for all users; in this case these type of questions may be put up on the F.A.Q. section of this site.

Support questions should be sent with the Subject header "Support Question" (without the quotes).

Tip: Some questions may already have answers in the documentation, so it may be a good starting point to take a look in the Arena Control Read Me file and in the Arena Control User Guide.


Bug reporting

All users (including unregistered users) are welcome to report bugs they find in Arena Control.

Bug reports should be sent by email according to the template below. The template with one example is also written in the Arena Control Read Me file (included on the disk image).

Important Note: mac.com accounts currently does not support multiple email addresses. Therefore it is very important that the Subject header includes the words "Bug" or "Support" (without quotes) !!
