About this Weblog

The main contents of this Weblog are criticism to the revisionist discourses about "the Lockheed Case." In 1977, one-time Prime Minister TANAKA Kakuei was prosecuted for taking a bribe, and Tanaka was given a decision of "guilty" in 1983. This is one of the most major corruption scandals in post-war Japan.
During the trial, some critics (mostly right-wingers) engaged in propaganda, to the effect that the trial was "as unfair as a witch trial in Medival Europe". Their arguments were full of sophistry, logical fallacy, factual and legal inacuracy. But they survive, like "Holocaust Revisionism" and other historical revisionisms. Believers of "the Lockheed Case Revisionism"　neglect the infomation against their belief consciously or unconciously, and as the society losts concern fot the case, their revisionist discourses becomes more likely to be accepted. In order to resist such a current, I began writing about it.

Other contents are: reviews of books and movies, my thoughts about various current topics.
