The begining of fall also means the begining of the rice harvest. Here in Niigata they grow Koshihikari rice... the best is Japan.

Local rice machine. Bring in your fresh rice and it will "polish" it for you. Follow these directions. Put your rice in here. Select the level of polish that you desire. Polished Rice comes out here.
