Created Jul 2009 on an 8 year old Apple Mac using the best software for a genealogy record organizing database and for publishing, Reunion (ver 9.09) from Leister Productions, Inc.

Note: If you wondered what people like about Apple iMac and you need a place to keep you dead relatives you can buy an old iMac (OSX 10.3 or higher*) for under $50 (on Craig's List or eBay or Amazon and get a used or new version of Reunion 7, 8 or 9 for about the same price. Then for under a $100 you can enter or upload your data and be having fun with dead people in less than 10 minutes. The the older Mac G3 or G4 will be slower but you will be able to run Reunion and that will make it better for genealogy and more fun that the fastest PC. Reunion will not run on a PC. You do not have to get rid of your PC. I still have a PC in the basement ready to crash when ever I need it.

* Reunion 9 requires OSX 10.3.9 or higher. You can upgrade to OSX 10.3.9 or higher if you buy a G3 or G4 with an older operating system.
