Arrigo Construction was founded by Elmo Arrigo in 1948. It has remained a family owned and operated company for three generations.
From the company's inception, my uncle, Elmo Arrigo, and my father, Chuck Arrigo, built numerous homes, provided custom remodels, and did custom cabinetry work.
Early in 1985, Elmo was going
to retire, and Chuck was entering the studios as a Construction
Coordinator. I have worked with my family for many years, so with all
of my knowledge and training, I obtained my contractor's license and
took over the family business of Arrigo Construction.
Since 1985, it has been independently owned and operated by the
third generation of Arrigos as Vincent J. Arrigo Construction.
Together with my cousin, Jim, who has worked at Paramount Studios as
a Construction Coordinator and Universal Studios as the head of
Special Effects, we are continuing the family tradition.
