Music of the revolution


I saw that one of Ukraine's anthems of the Orange Revolution was up for the Eurovision song contest.

That's certainly a cool kind of justice. Though I have to say, the chorus ('razom nas bagato' - together we are many) was pounded into my head when I was in Kiev at the end of December. It was everywhere. I did pick up a CD of revolution tunes while I was there, which also had the song "Eple" by Royksopp (a Norwegian group which apparently every hipster has heard of but me... the whole CD, 'Melody AM' is great). I recently used it for a slide show of Kiev pics that I sent to a Polish photo festival.
