Finished Crash Tag Team Racing

I finished Crash Tag Team Racing yesterday. I was playing the PSP version which is a pretty decent port of the console game.



This game is a really innovative hybrid of platforming and racing. Most people think the game is just racing from the title and cover. The game is set in a theme park which Crash explores on foot. It sort of serves as a hub that connects all of the race tracks. The platforming isn't as deep as previous titles like Crash Twinsanity (which rocks) but it's still a lot of fun. There's tons of places to go and explore and lots of secrets to unlock.

It's pretty cool. Plus, each race track has four other modes of play that really enhance the replayability of the game.

Crash Tag Team Racing is also available for consoles like PS2, GameCube and XBox and essentially, they are all the same game. Check it out. It's a lot of fun and like I said, much more than just racing.
