I've finally been doing some 3D stuff using
Eovia's Carrara for the game I'm working on. I'm doing the menus and UI so all
the 3D is pre-rendered and reduced in color.

working on. I'm doing the menus and UI so all the 3D is pre-rendered and
reduced in color. But I've been using it more than ever before and am having a
blast. I even learned how to use the vertex modeler and bones for simple
animations. Up until this time, I exclusively used the spline modeler - so it's
fun learning more and more about the program. I have a lot to learn still, but
I've been able to get the results I've wanted up until
now.

Unrolling
a paper to reveal an image. This one was fun to do because I used bones and the
vertex modeler. I drove me crazy for a day or so but I'm really pleased with
the final results. There are 42 images like this in the final
game.
